Welcome to my personal website! I collect and operate Lionel O-gauge three-rail trains as a hobby. My initial purpose in creating this site was to share my hobby with others. I've been interested in toy trains since 1963. That's when I received my first Lionel electric toy train set, which is graphically shown in motion above. (In most web browsers, hitting the Escape key will stop the train. The Refresh or Reload button will start the train once again.) Since I was only three years old at the time, it has been a lifetime hobby.

On my site you will find approximately 1,200 layout and toy train photos, along with some video clips. There is a track plan, accessory list, an update of work in progress, trains I may have for sale, awards my website has won, and some banners to use on a web page. A Kusan Model Trains O-gauge two-rail layout and an HO-gauge Schuco Disneyland-Alweg monorail are featured together. Additional toy train makers on my site include American Model Toys (AMT), Kris Model Trains, Frank's Roundhouse, and others. Consult my Site Map for a complete index of what's available. Note that external links on my site will open in a new browser tab or window.

I have also included some pages devoted to past toy train layouts. The knowledge gained from working with these layouts through the years has been key to the success of my current layout. To get started on my layout tour, select a link from the menu on the left. I hope you enjoy your visit!

Search tip: less is better. For example, type "237" instead of "# 237 steam engine."

Special thanks to Charles Wilber for providing the Lionel Trains Horizontal Rules and various other graphics appearing my pages. Charles also created the Hobo Signs page for my website. And a big thank you to Joe R. for animating my first toy train set at the top of this page and helping me with the graphic of my current layout track plan. I created my own website, but if you don't have time to build one you can look into a website for sale at Latonas and get a web presence right away.
