AMT Baltimore and Ohio Passenger Cars

AMT planned to manufacture blue and white Baltimore and Ohio Capitol Limited passenger sets. However, the sets were never mass produced due to cost. The few existing examples of this set were likely sales samples or intended for railroad executives. Unused Baltimore and Ohio nameplates found their way out of the factory, where they were added to regular production passenger cars by hobbyists. Pictured below is an eight car set with these nameplates.
