K-LINE Electric Trains Cabooses

K-LINE obtained the tooling from Williams Electric Trains to manufacture their cabooses. Photos on this page are courtesy of the B. DeBrooke collection.

Williams Pennsylvania caboose

For comparison to the K-LINE cabooses on this page, this is a Williams Pennsylvania Eastern Division caboose.


K-LINE Frisco caboose

K-LINE St. Louis & San Francisco (Frisco) 6111 caboose. The first caboose produced in the series was a blue Baltimore and Ohio 6110 Chessie System with yellow lettering. The first six cabooses in the series (6110 through 6115) did not have internal lighting.

K-LINE TTOS Happy New Year caboose

K-LINE Toy Train Operating Society, Museum Exhibit Committee, 6123 Happy New Year 1987 1988 lighted caboose with window inserts. The first caboose produced in the series to have internal lighting was a blue Virginian 6116 with yellow lettering. All cabooses made after that had lighting.
