Kris S Gauge Rolling Stock

In the early 1970's, according to myflyertrains.org, Hobby Surplus shipped 3,000 original Gilbert S gauge boxcar, refrigerator car and hopper shells to Kris Model Trains. Kris decorated the shells, many of which mimic the road names and numbers of their O gauge line. There are no S gauge freight cars listed in the Kris Model Trains chapter of Greenberg's Guide to Kusan Trains. S gauge photos courtesy of the Blue Room collection.
